Affirmitive action has no place in this country. All it does is give nationalities, other than white, to be racest against white people and get special treatment for being lazy. Get hired for a job for the best qualified not because of skin color to make a quota. That way, you will have an employee who actually works. If you fire minorities (because they are lazy and too good to work), you are a racest and be prepared to be sued.
